Why Uniside exists

Software is starting to act on its own: to hold value, pay for what it uses, and decide without a person in the loop. Most of the infrastructure underneath it still assumes a human clicking buttons - identity that assumes a passport, payments that assume an invoice, reputation that assumes a review.

Uniside builds the parts that assume a machine instead, and runs on them first. Azeth is the trust layer: identity, reputation, and per-request payments for agents. BTCFi is one honest read across Bitcoin marketplaces that do not agree with each other. Uniside Games is where the production line itself is autonomous. Uniside Build sells that same engineering to teams who need it built rather than described.

The standard we hold ourselves to is narrow and checkable: nothing on this site is stated unless someone who does not trust us could verify it. That is what /open is for.

What Uniside is

Uniside is the public umbrella for a portfolio of autonomous, AI-first products and services across crypto, AI, gaming, and the machine economy. It owns and operates the products in the portfolio, publishes essays about the work, and ships engineering for selected clients as Uniside Build. The hub you are reading routes; the destinations do the work.

The operator

Uniside is the public brand of Octus GmbH, a Swiss limited liability company in Baar, Zug (UID CHE-454.761.214, commercial register of the Canton of Zug) - one entity, two names, nothing hidden behind either.

The founder

David Brodhagen founded the company and directs it as managing director. He works AI-first: agents build and operate the systems; he decides what they build and takes responsibility for what ships.

How we work

Most of the company's output is produced by autonomous agents running around the clock - code, tests, deployments, monitoring, and most of the words on this site. Humans set direction, review what matters, and answer for the consequences. This website was itself built by agents against a written specification; the case study documents how, and /open shows the numbers we can stand behind.
