We hire selectively. We run on agents.

What that means in practice

Most work here is executed by autonomous agents: they write code, run tests, deploy, monitor, and draft. The human job is judgment - choosing problems, setting constraints, reviewing what the agents produce, and being accountable for it. One person directing agents replaces what used to take a team; the leverage is real, and so is the responsibility.

There are no open roles at the moment, and we do not post positions we do not intend to fill. If you have shipped systems that run without you and can show them, write to hello@uniside.org with what you built. A short, specific message beats a résumé.
